Bikini Competitor | Vlogger | Nutrition Coach
Hi there and welcome to my site! I find “About Me”s to be particularly difficult to write because I am so much more than a short list of things, titles, certifications, or awards. Above all, I’m a woman on a mission to live as no one other than my truest, highest, self, all while encouraging others to do the same. In 2014, I coined what I referred to as my “Wonder Woman Mentality.” I was asked if I could give young women one piece of advice, what would it be?
I replied, “Become your own Wonder Woman. Don’t rely on the energy of the outside world to fuel you. Find out what makes you strong and what makes you awesome, and run with it.” Regardless of your age, gender,
background, etc, that mentality applies to you, and it’s my goal to help every single person I can reach find their inner superhero.
As far as logistics go, I am a fitness/nutrition/wellness coach, Kinesiology undergraduate student, physique
athlete, top five national champion in the bikini division of the NPC, and social media influencer. My personal
experience as well as my scientific background provide me with a unique perspective to share with my audience with regards to fitness, health, and overall personal wellness. Thank you for stopping by! I can’t wait to continue along on this journey with you.
