This Program Includes
- 4-week full-body training split
- 5 workouts, including glutes/quads, shoulders/chest/triceps/abs, a strength and conditioning circuit, back/biceps, and glutes/hamstrings
- Designated sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise
- Written descriptions and visual demonstrations for each exercise in the program
- Recommendations for training frequency/outlining a good training split
