–8 weeks of resistance training workouts (weeks 1-4 follow the same exercises with variation in volume progression, and weeks 5-8 have a new set of exercises with variation in volume progression) to help you build muscle and strength
-Body part split (legs, shoulders, back/biceps, chest/triceps/etc)
-5 training days per week, 2 rest days per week
-Video and written demos/descriptions for all movements
-Cardio recommendations based on your goals
-Information behind strength training, the load/volume setup in my programs, and basic tenets of training with PURPOSE (not just dinking around in the gym)
-Mindset tools to help you grow stronger from the inside out
-Lots of resources to help you along in your fitness journey
This program does *not* include any form of one-on-one coaching.
