It’s been a while since I released a training program, so Cyber Monday seemed like the perfect time!

This 4 week training program features 4 days per week of resistance training and 3 days per week of rest. The resistance training days are divided into Upper Push, Upper Pull, Glutes/Quads, and Glutes/Hamstrings. We’re also diving into some basic “nerdy” concepts of training including volume, intensity, frequency, neurological vs. hypertrophy adaptations, tempo, and more!

This program is designed to help you get stronger and build muscle tissue primarily in your glutes and hamstrings, shoulders, and back (don’t worry – you’ll still get plenty of quad and chest volume!).

This program DOES require a full gym (barbells, dumbbells, cables, basic machines like leg extensions/leg curls/etc). This program DOES include video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program.

This program does NOT include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.

This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a LOT more variables involved than that!

    Best training guide i’ve ever used!! It’s so easy to use, to track your progress and makes you feel strong AF. You can tell every exercise is intentionally chosen. I honestly feel like Emily is at the gym with me training me properly. You need it. Your friend needs it!!!

    First of all, I just want to say thank you for creating this program. it’s easy to understand, follow, and include in a very busy routine! I’m a dog walker so I didn’t need a cardio based program, as I walk every day and tire of the same thing. I want to feel badass and strong!!! Each day of this program has been enjoyable and rewarding, i’m already seeing and FEELING results—physically and mentally. I finally can enjoy lifting again without feeling overwhelmed.     I love all of Emily’s programs, this is the third one I’ve done. They’re well written, easy to follow, and she always has video demos of the exercises if you’re not familiar with them. As a personal trainer I put all of my energy into my clients’ programs, so if I don’t feel like writing my own I will sometimes go back and repeat the ones Emily has written. Any fitness level could also do these programs, because she gives you options to make it harder or easier. Highly recommend all of her programs, but this one for sure has been my favorite thus far!

    I have a true passion for learning about weight training and the movements involved! Em never Ever disappoints with programs but this one is by far my favorite! You really do feel #JackedNNerdy in the best way possible! This program is for beginners and advanced trainers! I’ve been training for 3+ years and have enjoyed this program so much!     This program gave me purpose in the gym again – it helped me find structure, make the best use of my time training, learn new movements and become acquainted with the cable machine, which I had never really used and now love. Whether you are new to training, or just looking to switch up your existing routine, this program is worth it. In addition to her amazing program, Emily also exhibits exceptional customer service! I had difficulties with the links and she went above and beyond to find a resolution and make the process easier for me. I highly recommend this program and am looking forward to part 2!
