Description
This program is designed to help you get stronger AT HOME and build muscle tissue primarily in your glutes and hamstrings, shoulders, and back (don’t worry – you’ll still get plenty of quad and chest volume!).
This program DOES NOT require a full gym, but you will need some basics like dumbbells, resistance bands, and something (even a bathroom over-the-door towel hook) to anchor your band to for upper body movements.. This program DOES include video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program.
This program does NOT include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a LOT more variables involved than that!
