Description
This program is designed to help you get stronger and build muscle tissue primarily in your glutes and hamstrings, shoulders, and back (don’t worry – you’ll still get plenty of quad and chest volume!).
This program DOES require a full gym (barbells, dumbbells, cables, basic machines like leg extensions/leg curls/etc). This program DOES include video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program.
This program does NOT include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a LOT more variables involved than that!
